The British Council Thailand is offering 20 fully funded places on the Assured Certificate in Teacher Education (ACTE) programme for teachers and education professionals committed to strengthening their skills in supporting the professional development of other teachers.
About ACTE
ACTE is an internationally accredited professional development programme designed and delivered by the British Council. It is accredited by City & Guilds, a well-established UK awarding organisation with nearly 150 years of experience in professional qualifications and skills development.
This fully online, remote programme develops practical skills in understanding and managing teacher learning, designing and adapting training activities, facilitating inclusive and participant-centred professional development, and providing constructive feedback. Participants will also design and deliver a teacher development workshop relevant to their own professional context.
Through guided online learning, weekly live sessions, collaborative activities, practical assignments and tutor feedback, participants will strengthen their professional practice while learning alongside fellow education professionals.
ACTE goes beyond a certificate of participation. Participants are supported and assessed throughout the programme and must demonstrate their learning in practice to earn an internationally accredited certificate.
