Job aim:

o To work closely with the Head, Sales & Customer Management to develop and execute Customer Management strategies for the main centre. 

o To build and lead Customer Management and Finance/Admin teams that are highly motivated to deliver KPIs and first-class customer care to all our new and existing customers for English courses and Exams

o To monitor and improve service standards across all activities.

o To proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs and business needs are met.
