Dr Khanyapuss Punjaisri
Dr Khanyapuss Punjaisri obtained her PhD in Marketing from Strathclyde University. She is currently a lecturer in Marketing and Branding at Brunel Business School, involving teaching in Marketing and Corporate Branding subjects.
Her publications have appeared in a range of journals, for example, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Brand Management. Her research interest primarily focuses on branding, namely internal branding, services branding, corporate branding, and branding in the food marketing context.
In 2013, she obtained, as a principal investigator, research grants from BA/Leverhulme Small Research Grant to explore the role of brand, and nutrition labels on young adults' snacking behaviour in the UK.
