Anchalee Chaiworaporn

Anchalee Chaiworaporn has been writing critically and academically for both local and foreign publications for two decades, after finishing her MA in Film Studies from University of Southampton. Her works had been published in South Korea, Spain, France, England and Japan. She won Thailand’s 2000 best film critic and 2002 best feature writer. Since 2002, she has received foreign grants to research on Asian cinema in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and US. She was a project leader of Thailand Research Fund's national research project on criticism in arts, literature, theatre, music and cinema in Thailand.
