Pass types

There are two pass types:

  • Full pass
  • Full pass + Networking dinner 

The Full pass provides access to ALL sessions in the main conference over three days on 21, 22, and 23 November, excluding the networking dinner which will take place on the evening of Day 2 at the Grand Postal Building in Bangkok (22 November). Lunch and coffee and tea refreshments on Day 2 and 3 of the conference and a cocktail reception on the evening of Day 1 of the conference are included in the Full pass.

Please note: 
  • If you are an accepted speaker, please wait until you receive a Voucher Code before registering.
  • This conference will take place face-to-face in Bangkok, Thailand. There will be no simultaneous live streaming of the conference. You must be able to travel to Bangkok to take part.
  • All conference proceedings will be conducted in English.

Conference schedule

New Directions East Asia is taking place over three days in Bangkok, Thailand, as a face-to-face event at the prestigious Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok courtesy of our hosts Chulalongkorn University Language Institute.

The event commences on the evening of 21 November with an opening plenary and welcome reception; followed by 2 days of conference proceedings on 22 and 23 November, including thought-provoking plenary talks, engaging panel dicussions, and focussed parallel and Spotlight sessions from a range of presenters and topics.

We also would like to warmly invite you to our networking dinner on the Friday evening at the Grand Postal Building (please select Full pass + networking dinner when registering to attend).
