Assistant Professor Dr. Nitinant Wisaweisuan

Dean, Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, Thammasat University

Dr. Nitinant has extensive experience in international education. Her involvement spans faculty exchanges and the development of courses within the International College. Nitinant has also been a key player in Transnational Education and played a pivotal role in initiating and shaping new curricula at Thammasat University, including the establishment of the double degree program between Thai Studies at Thammasat University and Southeast Asia Studies at SOAS, University of London (2019).

Professor Ray Priest

University of the West of England

Professor Priest has extensive experience in educational leadership and has actively participated in various international educational initiatives across the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia. He is deeply committed to global education and school management. Currently, he has been involved in several Transnational Education programs with higher education institutions in East Asia.

Ph.D Steven Edwards

Professor, University of Liverpool

Professor Steven Edwards is a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Liverpool and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK. Before joining Liverpool he spent periods of research in Cardiff, Manchester, Brussels and the USA. He has been involved in several transnational education projects, having set up joint and dual PhD and Masters programmes in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Steve Woodfield

Head of Government Relations in Education, British Council UK

Steve Woodfield leads on the British Council’s engagement with the UK International Education Strategy and its work to support the UK International Education Champion, Sir Steve Smith. Before joining the British Council, he was an Associate Professor at Kingston University and worked for seventeen years as an academic researcher in the university sector and policy consultant with specialist expertise in international higher education and higher education management and policy.
