About the event
Drawing on a nationwide survey of 2,000 young people and extensive qualitative research with youth, academia, civil society, media, government and international partners, the Next Generation Thailand research explores how young people view their futures, their role in society, and the barriers they face in education, employment, entrepreneurship and civic participation.
The findings reveal a striking contradiction. Thai youth are optimistic, engaged and eager to contribute to their communities and country. Yet many feel excluded from decision-making processes and continue to face unequal access to opportunity.
Join us for this in-person event to reflect on the findings and consider what meaningful interventions might look like.
*Due to limited capacity, attendance is by registration only. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and confirmation of registration will be sent by email.
