Issara’s journey is one of vision, leadership, and impact. As the CEO of a leading automotive firm and a former Member of Parliament, he contributes to Thailand’s economic growth while driving the industry’s future. His role at King Prajadhipok’s Institute is to modernise governance through sustainovation while strengthening international ties through diplomacy. He now seeks to push boundaries further, forging strategic partnerships for lasting progress. 

Jirapan Christian Linares

Project analyst, Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC)

Jirapan is playing a key role in shaping an ecosystem where innovation and business converge, creating an impact on universities, industries, and the economy. As a project analyst, she supports research commercialisation and fosters academia-industry collaboration. As a facilitator, she helps Thai researchers and entrepreneurs develop skills and scale businesses, strengthening Thailand’s innovation landscape. She graduated from the University of Strathclyde.
