Role overview

As the Student Advisor, one of your key responsibilities would be managing and advising myClass and adult students on their study plan and keeping track of their performance to make sure they progress and achieve the goal of their study. You will conduct induction sessions for myClass first-time joiners, arrange and support face to face counselling meetings with teachers and provide translation as required as well as proactively analyse and evaluate actual student experience against expectations using feedback, benchmarking and management information. Other duties include running timely reports to follow up with existing students and administrative duties in support of the Teaching Centre’s operation, as designated by managers.

To be a successful candidate, you must have at least 1-year working experience in an educational environment and 2 years of customer service experience. You must have an education to tertiary level in disciplines and be fluent in both English and Thai. In particular, we are looking for individuals who have an understanding of the factors that affect effective language learning, experience in data analysis, have demonstrable sales techniques (able to meet and exceed targets) and a strong service mindset. If you have experience of working with children and/or experience of planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children, you will be a preferred candidate.
