The main duty of a Sales & Customer Management Officer is to ensure a high quality, welcoming and efficient integrated customer service experience to all new and existing customers with the purpose of meeting/exceeding sales and customer management targets across all British Council services. As the Officer, you will follow up leads and encourage customers to visit the centre for consultation services. You will also be involved in the registration of new and existing customers for Teaching Centre, handling cash desk in the system and booking placement tests.

To be considered, you must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and customer management, an education to tertiary level at any disciplines and be able to speak and write fluently in both Thai and English. You should also be able to work under the situation or events which are related to children or parents.
